Here's some important information to get you ready for the Conference!

2. Download the Conference App.

All your conference needs at your fingertips! This year we’ll again be using an EventsAir delegate app to provide access to conference information including the program, speaker details, exhibitor information, surveys, local eateries and attraction recommendations plus much more.

3. Choose your table for the Gala Ball Dinner (Gala ticket holders only).

In the delegate app, find the 'Gala Ball Table Selection' icon. From here you can allocate yourself to a table, remove your table allocation, view who is on your table, invite someone to be on your table or search attendees names to view which table they are on. Make sure you chat to your friends and choose your table as soon as possible! If you're not sure where you want to sit, don't worry we'll give everyone until Thursday 13th 1pm and then we'll take over and allocate any remaining seats.  If you do not select your own table by lunchtime on Thursday, your table will be automatically allocated. As the Gala Dinner is at capacity, after this time you will only have the ability to switch tables with someone if they agree to do so.
