IMPORTANT HOTEL UPDATES:

The Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach are currently undergoing refurbishments in parts of the hotel. This includes closure of their recreation facilities including pools, Bayside fitness gymnasium and Bar LVL Three.

The Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach has sold out of accommodation rooms over the conference period and a waiting list is open. Please contact the hotel directly on (02) 9556 5111 to join the waiting list. Alternate accommodation options are available at the Novotel's sister properties outlined below which are approximately 15 minutes drive from the Conference venue. 

Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach offers beautifully appointed beach side accommodation just steps from the water and the best attractions, shops and restaurants of Brighton-Le-Sands.  

The spacious hotel rooms all contain their own private balconies offering sweeping views over the white sandy beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands and Botany Bay. The hotel's resort facilities include a multi-tiered outdoor pool deck with sun beds, a fully equipped gymnasium, steam room, tennis court and indoor heated pool.

  • To secure the booking, a credit card will be required.
  • Cancellation terms: No charge for cancellations outside 7 days to arrival.
  • For cancellation within 7 days to the arrival date, 1 night cancellation fee applies.
  • In case of no show, or no arrival 100% fee will apply.

Shuttle Bus Service

For the delegates’ convenience, we will operate a complimentary shuttle bus between the conference venue, Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach, and it’s two sister airport hotels, the Pullman Sydney Airport and the Novotel Sydney International Airport. The service will take place once a day, each way over the conference period, from Thursday 13 – Saturday 15 October.  

There are limits to the shuttle buses’ operation times and the number of passengers that the bus can hold. Thus, we will require you to pre-book the shuttle bus service in advance. If delegates are NOT pre-booked for the shuttle bus, they will not be able to use the service.
