abstract SUBMISSIONS

An abstract provides a brief overview of your presentation and serves two purposes for the conference.

The first, is it allows the scientific committee to evaluate if it is relevant to, and aligns with, the themes of the overall conference.
The second, allows delegates to quickly understand the focus of your presentation, to decide if it is relevant and of interest to their practice.

The theme for the National Conference 2026 is:

Clinical Mastery: Better Health

This year’s program will deliver a stronger clinical focus, showcasing advanced diagnostic reasoning and management of common
and complex health conditions across diverse practice settings.

Designed by and for Nurse Practitioners and Advanced Practice Nurses, the program supports participants in consolidating their existing
expertise, extending their clinical knowledge into new areas, and safely and confidently expanding their scope of practice.

Through shared clinical excellence, the ACNP National Conference will aim to strengthen stewardship, leadership, and
impact within our communities and the broader health system.

Your abstract must demonstrate clear alignment to the conference theme by explicitly stating the relevance to
Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Nurse workforce capability, clinical impact, and/or health system outcomes.

Approved Abstracts will be published in the Conference program and on the ACNP website.
Please ensure your presentations adhere to the approved formatting to ensure it is at a standard suitable for projection and published writings.
