OPERATIONS
MANAGER

DOMENIQUE YUCEL (VIC)

NATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EVENTS MANAGER

SARAH ZRIM (VIC)

As the coordinator of the National Conference and state/territory based events, I aim to bring vision, creativity and expertise to each event we offer. My role is to work with senior leadership and the state and territory leads, to ensure seamless execution of the events we develop.
I am truly passionate about bringing people together and I thrive on creating unforgettable event experiences that elevate ACNP’s professional community.

About Sarah

The majority of my career has been in Office Management and Business Development. Because my roles have typically been very 'admin focused', in 2020, I started a small business of my own, to let my creativity fly. I (personally) design and create custom coats, bedding and accessories for the pampered puppy dogs of this world.

POLICY
ADVISOR

REBECCA SEDGMAN (VIC)

As a Policy Advisor and Clinician, I advocate for improved healthcare access and assist with ensuring Nurse Practitioner led services are fairly remunerated and recognised, and that we have a voice. I collaborate with organisations and governments at all levels, provide expert advice on health policies, and contribute to evidence-based submissions aimed at addressing Australia's evolving public health challenges.

About Rebecca

With over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, I have also worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Departments at Eastern Health and previously Alfred Health, Melbourne, since receiving my endorsement in 2009. I recently completed a Public Health Masters at Deakin University and now work part-time as a Policy Advisor with the College. My interests include healthcare access, triage, improvement projects, health promotion, and research.

MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR

BERNIE McPHEE (VIC)

I love connecting with members and making their experience the best it can be! As part of the ACNP team, I help with engagement, recruitment, and retention by developing outreach strategies and managing databases and websites. With strong communication and relationship-building skills, I work to keep members happy, grow our community, and support our mission.

About Bernie

Since my first job, I’ve loved supporting volunteers and members in advancing each organization’s mission. Helping NPs through victories like removing collaborative arrangements—and challenges like slow change—is truly rewarding. Your dedication inspires me every day, and I’m grateful to be part of your journey. You are all amazing!
