Completing this request does not allocate a confirmed ticket.
Payment must be received by ACNP Accounts before your ticket is allocated to your registration.
To facilitate this process, you must:
- Complete this registration process
- Be a member of the ACNP
- Pay for tickets via Credit / Debit Card or request a 14 day invoice. (Invoices must be paid within 14 days, as per payment terms).*
What happens next:
- Once payment has been received, a ticket will be assigned to your profile and a confirmation email will be sent to you. (If payment is made via credit card, tickets are automatically assigned. If payment is made via invoice, the received payment will be entered into the system and a ticket will be automatically assigned to you with a confirmation email sent). **
- Upon request (at the end of the registration), a tailored invoice for your accounts department will be issued to the billing contact nominated. Full payment is due within 14 days (as per the event payment terms). Should the remittance not be received by our accounts department (accounts@acnp.org.au) within the outlined time frame, the registration / invoice will become invalid and the process must start again. *
* Should the invoice not be paid within the payment terms, the invoice and corresponding registration is automatically cancelled. You must then re-start the process to complete a new registration and re-apply for a new invoice.
** Even though an invoice might be paid, this does not guarantee your ticket has been assigned. If you do not receive a confirmation email from ACNP within 7 days of payment, please reach out to our events team for further assistance (events@acnp.org.au).
Is there another way to have my workplace pay for my ticket?
Should you wish for your ticket to be confirmed before payment from your workplace, we recommend you consider an option of making a payment via credit card (go back a step and select the option of 'I am paying for my registration') and provide your receipt to your workplace for a reimbursement.
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that your workplace offers this as an option. You must receive confirmation from your workplace that this is something they are willing to do as ACNP take no responsibility for reimbursements not paid, due to individual internal workplace policies.
Should you have any questions or require additional information, please contact our office on events@acnp.org.au or 1300 433 660.
